Title: Health Information / PCC Specialist
Job Duties: The employee will support both Clinical Process and Health Information Management functions across the organization. Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and training of electronic health record modules such as (but not limited to) PointClickCare (PCC), EPIC, and SmartCare. The employee will serve as a subject matter expert for clinical users and contribute to the development of training resources. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Health Information, the employee will also conduct documentation reviews remotely and provide guidance to facilities — either in person or remotely — on health information-related matters, as needed.

Qualifications:
- RN, LVN, RHIA or RHIT preferred. Candidates with 5 years’ experience as a Health Information Coordinator will be considered.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in their clinical area of expertise in either long term, behavioral health or acute care. Candidates must have knowledge of electronic vs. paper health record systems and a strong understanding of clinical workflows.
- Ability to teach basic computer skills to individuals at all levels of computer ability.
- Three or more years’ experience in the delivery of training programs in the healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
- Prior clinical EHR training experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications for the production and management of training materials, interoffice communication, and use and exchange of shared project and department documents.

Pay Range:
$42 - $60 USD
