Psychiatrist (One Day A Week)

Title: Psychiatrist
Job Duties: We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at our Crestwood Fallbrook Mental Health Rehabilitation Center. The Psychiatrist would need to come in one day a week and be available for on-call consultations as needed.
Schedule:
- Contract, One day a week
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatry and in working with multi-disciplinary teams preferred.
- Current California Medical License, with a completed 3-year graduate training in Psychiatry from an approved AMA or AOA program.
- Experience with an In-Patient setting.
Duties are to include directing and coordinating the psychiatric treatment and care.
Pay: $6,500 per month for 57 clients or $13,000 per month for all clients.
About the Campus: Our services at Crestwood Fallbrook Heal ing Center support each client to recover with an enhanced sense of resilience, accessing a wide-range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, and realized potential in each client, as well as psychiatric stabilization. At Fallbrook Healing Center, community reintegration and dual recovery are key tenets. Community reintegration is designed for those clients who need help developing some of the basic life skills that will assist them when returning to their communities. We accomplish this through classes, therapy, community service and peer mentorship. Many clients participate in our Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network pre-employment training. This training enables clients to become Dream catcher employees and helps provide them with meaningful roles and services to the community.
Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), which provides international standards for rehabilitation organizations to follow that promotes the quality, value and optimal outcomes of services. Crestwood believes this accreditation demonstrates our unwavering commitment to achieving and maintaining the highest level of care and rehabilitation.
Pay Range:
$78,000 - $156,000 USD
