Functional Lead - Outsystems and M365
Coho Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Functional Lead to support our Outsystems and M365 development efforts. The functional lead will develop and implement leading practices across requirements development, testing, and documentation. They will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and the program manager.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement leading practices for manual and automated testing
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and process owners
- Document processes using Microsoft Visio
- Document User Stories in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions
- Complete testing and testing documentation for user stories
- Support 508 testing
- Develop roadmaps and timelines for development programs using MS Project
Essential Job Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. A minimum of five to ten (5-10) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Proficient in Agile methodologies
- Experience with Agile management tools such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow
- Experience leading a functional team in application development
- Proficient in application testing including 508 testing
- Experience in program management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Experience with Outsystems or similar systems
Position Pay Range
$120,000 - $140,000 USD
