IT Procurement Administrator
Copper River Shared Services is seeking an energetic and customer success driven IT Procurement Administrator supporting the Sales and Orders teams in a fast-paced technology centric organization that specializes in the resale of leading-edge technologies. The sales focus of Copper River is with Copper River’s core partners such as Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba, and other strategic OEMs.
This position is located in Chantilly, VA with a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Orders and Customers ensuring accurate and timely order placement and receipt
- Assist in the processing of sales transactions
- Validate customer receipt of hardware or software licenses and overall success of the transaction
- Maintenance of Receiving records in Costpoint system
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing
- Support monthly reconciliations of Purchase Orders, Vendor and Customer Invoices
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Other customer support duties as required by the Sales or Order Entry team.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and across internal sales and order teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Costpoint, particularly in the areas of Sales Orders, Procurement and Receiving in a technology driven organization
