Support Specialist
COHO Consulting Group is seeking a Support Specialist to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/ Maintenance Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO). This person will provide the day-to-day operational support of the Functional Management Office (FMO) leadership and team members.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Supports assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Lead editing, revisions, and proofing of deliverables for accuracy, quality, and clarity
- Support development of reports, briefings, and other deliverables
- Manage, plan, and execute a variety of administrative functions including day-to-day support, tasks, schedules, and meetings
- Provide administrative and logistical support and overall office management for the FMO
- Track Action Items (AI) and updates to resolution for FMO
- Manage submission and approvals information technology systems access
- Support in/out processing of government and contractor personnel
- Mentors and guides team members as they prepare their deliverables and provide support to FMO
- Communicates and supports MRO/MRO-S program policies and procedures
- Record minutes, action items, and follow-up activities from meetings and workshops
- Collaborate with various internal and external groups and organizations as required.
Requirements:
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- 3+ years administrative support experience
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions
- Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Planner and Project
