Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. In this role, you will work closely with active-duty service members and their families, delivering comprehensive psychosocial assessments, therapy, and case management in coordination with an interdisciplinary treatment team within a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) setting.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Coordinate appropriate referrals to military, community, and government agencies.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples, and groups.
- Address complex psychosocial issues stemming from acute, chronic, or traumatic medical and mental health conditions.
- Offer consultation and guidance to medical staff regarding the psychosocial needs of patients.
- Participate in professional peer reviews, case conferences, and research activities as required by the MTF.
- Conduct parent/caregiver intake interviews, provide supportive counseling, and connect families to additional services.
- Administer developmental and behavioral assessments, including FEAS, CARS, the Greenspan Social-Emotional Growth Chart, and REEL.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies based on the P.L.A.Y. (Play and Language for Autistic Youngsters) Project model.
- Deliver feedback through written reports and video reviews and track patient progress with follow-up assessments.
- Maintain regular communication with patients and staff using secure telehealth platforms.
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education and Certifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- P.L.A.Y project certified or must obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
- Must have a current, full, active, and unrestricted license
- Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in clinical social work, gained through either a master’s-level practicum or a minimum of two years of post-MSW practice within the past three years in a clinical or treatment setting.
- Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and managing sensitive clinical situations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within interdisciplinary environments.
- Competency with telehealth tools and electronic health records.
- Travel
- Frequent travel within a 40-mile radius required, with occasional travel to remote sites (e.g., Minot AFB, Grand Forks AFB, Ellsworth AFB, Barksdale AFB, and Whiteman AFB). A personal vehicle is required.
