Management Analyst
Copper River Technologies is seeking a Management Analyst for process analysis, mapping and process improvement support for our customer. This individual will be responsible for working with various stakeholders and develop process maps supporting the Customer’s operational and non-operational functions along with helping to identify process efficiency recommendations.
This position will be on-site in Arlington VA. This individual will be supporting operational efficiency efforts across the division through documentation and analysis of existing and new processes, developing improvement recommendations, data analysis, metric development and monitoring as well as workflow automation support.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across various departments.
- Lead and facilitate process mapping workshops and data gathering activities.
- Manage projects related to process improvement initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate, explore and implement AI-driven solutions for process optimization.
- Design and develop interactive data dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of implemented improvements and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in process improvement and AI.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience managing a medium-scale Professional Services work stream.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, highly fluid work environment.
Requirements:
- Clearance
- Secret
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience within a Federal Government environment, preferably DoD.
- PMP Certification (maintained outside of Government time).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Moderate to Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in analytic applications (preferred).
- Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process mapping software
- Experience with analysis organizational development
- Understanding of the Malcom Baldrige Criteria
