Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

We need a dynamic professional to help us build and shape the future of automation for our government customer. As the RPA Developer, you’ll design and automate BOTs that support various manual business processes. You will also create automation scripts while leveraging the RPA UiPath capability.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Conduct requirements elicitation to gain a detailed understanding of the “as-is” process(es) that
have been selected for automation - Manage the full bot development lifecycle, including estimation, process engineering,
requirements definition, building, testing, and deployment - Execute the System Design Document by utilizing the software for the BOT automation (e.g., UI Path).
- Document known exceptions that may occur during the automation, along with the recommended
steps for recovery. - Define and model the actual process or projects to be automated and mapping any dependencies
that the automation might have, like the systems it interacts with or regulations that impact it.
Update documentation as required. - Consult any existing process documentation that may be available, as well as any policies or
orders that apply to automating the process. - Develop Test Plan and Procedures. Obtain Government approval before conducting testing.
- Develop Test Report and recommendation and update documentation as required to successfully
execute BOT as intended.
Essential Job Requirements:

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- UiPath RPA Developer certification
- Experienced in RPA processes and implementation
- Skills & Expertise
- Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath
- 2+ years experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
- Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
- Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
Position Pay Range
$125,000 - $150,000 USD
