As our Staff Product Manager, Partner Systems, you will be the visionary and driving force behind our technology strategy for our extensive network of resellers, service partners, distributors, and marketplace integrations. You will collaborate with Partner Operations to steer the roadmap and execution for critical systems like Allbound PRM, Vartopia, and their integrations with our core Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our partner-facing processes, enhancing collaboration, and ultimately driving more revenue through our valuable partnerships. This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.


As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

  • Partner Systems Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our partner-focused systems, including Allbound PRM, Vartopia, Salesforce, Tackle, Crossbeam, and related integrations.
  • Deep Business Acumen: Develop a profound understanding of our partner business model, including the needs of different partner types (resellers, services partners, marketplaces), their workflows, and the critical data points that drive success.
  • Technical Leadership: Leverage your strong technical understanding of Salesforce, Allbound, Vartopia and other partner applications to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with our Enterprise Applications Engineering team to deliver these solutions.
  • Partner Experience Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve the partner experience through our systems, making it easier for them to engage with us, access resources, manage deals, and track performance.
  • Integration Excellence: Ensure seamless and efficient integrations between our partner systems and other core platforms, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, NetSuite, and relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Marketplace Strategy: Contribute to the product strategy for our growing presence on CSP marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring our systems effectively support these channels.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of our partner systems, using data to inform prioritization and future investments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with our Field Operations, Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to understand their needs and ensure our partner systems align with broader business objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with technology vendors (e.g., Allbound, Vartopia) to ensure we are maximizing the value of our investments.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.


If You've Got It - We Want It

  • 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: You have a proven track record of 5 or more years in product management, with a significant focus on partner-facing systems or channel management technologies.
  • Deep Partner Ecosystem Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of partner business processes, partner relationship management (PRM) strategies, and the unique needs of various partner types (resellers, services partners, distributors, marketplaces).
  • Salesforce Expertise: You have a solid technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and ideally Experience Cloud, with the ability to understand data models, workflows, and integration capabilities.
  • PRM Platform Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with PRM platforms, ideally Allbound and Vartopia, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Strong Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable discussing technical requirements with engineers and can understand the underlying architecture of complex systems. Experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: You are a clear and effective communicator, capable of articulating product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences. You excel at building strong relationships and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, define metrics, and solve complex business problems.
  • Growth Mindset: You are adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn and take on new challenges. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other tools in our tech stack, particularly Celigo for integrations.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis. 
  • Understanding of security and compliance considerations related to partner portals and data sharing.
  • Prior experience scaling partner programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Salary Range ($135,000 - $185,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
