Why You’ll Love This Role

Cribl is launching a new Data Governance function, and we’re looking for a Data Enablement Manager to lay its foundation. In this role, you’ll be the champion of data literacy and stewardship, empowering hundreds of Criblanians to make confident, data-driven decisions every day. You’ll own BI enablement, drive user adoption, and establish best practices that ensure our data is trusted, accessible, and impactful. This role reports directly into our centralized Data function.

We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative culture where team members enjoy working together—whether remotely or over a meal at a foodie hot spot. If you're someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to contribute to a company poised for legendary success in the tech industry, we want to hear from you!

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Own BI enablement, including tool administration, standards, and stewardship for semantic layer BI tools (Looker, Omni, e.g) ensuring Criblanians are staying up to date on evolving features
  • Design and deliver data literacy programs including office hours, trainings, onboarding new hires, and certification pathways that scale across hundreds of users
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering feedback from BI users, advocating for their needs, and ensuring adoption of standards and alignment on trusted metrics while shaping Analytics and Data Engineering priorities.
  • Partner with Data Analytics and Data Engineering to enforce consistency, data quality, and documentation practices
  • Build and lead communities-of-practice for BI users to share best practices and elevate data fluency.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring adoption of standards and alignment on trusted metrics.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs, continuously iterating for impact.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 5+ years of experience in a data enablement, BI administration, analytics, or in a data governance role
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training, enablement programs, and/or internal certification that drive BI adoption at scale.
  • Strong track record of partnering with technical and business teams to translate needs, documenting shared definitions, enforcing data standards, and collaborating effectively to achieve goals
  • Advanced skills with modern BI tools that have semantic layers (Omni, Looker e.g.) and familiarity with data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, etc.) and a solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; capable of leading strategic projects with minimal guidance and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Possesses a proactive and high degree of ownership, astutely identifying opportunities for improvement, driving new processes, and rallying the team to solutionize problems together.
