Our founder, Sam Aguiar, has been intimately involved in all aspects of our marketing. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to assume the reins and build an integrated marketing team, drawing on in-house and outsourced resources. What you’ll do:
Assemble & Lead High-Performing Teams:
- Identify, recruit, and manage an internal marketing staff with diverse skillsets.
- Cultivate relationships with external creative partners—from content creators to editors to vendors to media buyers—to bolster our capabilities.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring consistent alignment with firm-wide objectives.
Drive Data-Driven Insights & Automation:
- Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot to track leads, measure ROI, and create automated workflows.
- Implement KPI dashboards and analytics best practices, translating performance metrics into clear, actionable steps.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and marketing automation, exploring cutting-edge tools and tactics that keep us ahead of the curve.
Content Innovation & Repurposing:
- Constantly brainstorm new ways to capture and remix content—whether it’s from events, community partnerships, or digital campaigns.
- Experiment with emerging formats and channels to reach our audience in fresh, attention-grabbing ways.
- Maintain a consistent brand narrative that showcases our core values, mission, and client success stories.
Integrated Campaign Oversight:
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, from TV, radio, and billboards to digital ads and social media.
- Expand our B2B and LinkedIn marketing efforts, capturing new partnership opportunities.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Community Engagement & Partnerships:
- Manage our University of Louisville Athletics sponsorship and other local collaborations.
- Identify and nurture potential community initiatives or influencer partnerships that reinforce our commitment to giving back.
- Ensure every community touchpoint is captured for further marketing opportunities and brand-building.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record managing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Strong data analytics and audience targeting expertise
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to build and manage agency relationships
- Track record of successful budget management
- Creative direction and campaign development experience
- Community relations experience a plus
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a marketing leadership or strategic role.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships.
- Expertise in CRM/marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and performance analytics.
- Skilled at budgeting, ROI analysis, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in legal marketing or other fast-paced, competitive service industries.
- Experience implementing AI-driven solutions or advanced automation workflows.
- Advanced degree or certifications.
- Familiarity with community relations, sponsorship marketing, or event-driven campaigns.
