What you’ll do:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the firm's ambassador of first impressions, greeting clients warmly and ensuring a welcoming experience, whether in person or over the phone.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly, ensuring no calls are disconnected and efficiently identifying leads versus non-leads. Route calls appropriately or perform brief intake before forwarding to an attorney.
- Intake Support: Play a critical role in the intake process, gathering preliminary client information to ensure a smooth transition for legal teams.
- Administrative Assistance: Support administrative functions, including managing schedules, maintaining client records, and ensuring operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience preferred, but trainable candidates with the right attitude will be considered.
- Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English to accommodate diverse client needs.
- Communication and Professionalism: The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, adept at engaging with clients and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional. They must demonstrate a polished demeanor, possess excellent phone etiquette, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills in all interactions.
- Client-Centric Approach: Commitment to providing exceptional service and treating every client interaction as a priority.
- Diligence and Accountability: Approaches all tasks with a sense of urgency and responsibility, demonstrating a strong belief in the importance of their role. Maintains a focused and proactive attitude, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
