We are seeking a Director of Intake to lead and optimize our intake operations, ensuring we convert potential clients into firm cases at scale. This role is for a proven leader who thrives in a high-performance environment and knows how to scale an intake department in a growing legal firm. If you are a data-driven strategist who knows how to manage teams, streamline processes, and increase client acquisition, we want you on our team.

 

What You’ll Do:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Take full ownership of the Intake department, leading a team of intake specialists and call supervisors to ensure high performance and motivation.
  • Build, train, and develop intake professionals, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and commitment to client service excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance to optimize team effectiveness.

Intake Process Management & Optimization:

  • Lead hands-on efforts to optimize and scale the intake process, ensuring operational efficiency while improving client conversion rates.
  • Streamline workflows to make the intake process a proactive, client-focused operation that drives business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align intake strategies with firm-wide objectives.

Performance Accountability & Strategic Growth:

  • Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client conversion rates, data accuracy, and evidence turnaround times.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the intake process and implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Develop strategic initiatives that align intake efforts with broader firm growth targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously improving intake processes with cutting-edge technology and AI-driven automation.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in intake management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a personal injury law firm.
  • Proven track record of scaling intake teams and driving growth in client conversions.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset, with a deep understanding of intake as a client acquisition tool.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
  • Expertise in intake management systems, data analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to leverage technology and automation to enhance intake efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and make decisive, data-backed decisions.
