As we continue to expand our practice and enhance our firm’s presence, the need for a strategic and creative Marketing and Client Engagement Manager has never been greater. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand, amplifying client engagement, and ensuring our legal services reach those who need them most. As the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, you will develop and execute content strategies, manage our online presence, and coordinate community engagement efforts. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening the firm's reputation, increasing visibility, and reinforcing our mission of delivering exceptional real estate law services with integrity and care.



What you’ll do:

  • Marketing Strategy & Growth: Take full ownership of the firm’s marketing efforts, developing and executing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen client engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage SEO-optimized written content, videos, and other multimedia for social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand and client engagement strategies.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with the firm's goals and client interests, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.​
  • Website Management: Ensure the firm's website content is updated, optimized for client engagement, and accurately reflects our services and values.​
  • Brand Image Management: Take ownership of the firm’s brand image, ensuring a strong and positive online presence. Oversee online reviews, including platforms like Google, and implement strategies to enhance credibility, reinforce client trust, and align public perception with the firm’s values.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Analyze data, track engagement metrics, and refine strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the firm’s growth objectives.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors to develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies. Oversee deliverables and ensure all efforts align with the firm’s objectives and brand vision.
  • Community Engagement: Plan, set up, and host community and client engagement events, including charity events, to enhance the firm's presence and client relationships.​
  • Client Satisfaction Initiatives: Monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback, tracking engagement, and analyzing trends. Develop and implement targeted programs, such as client appreciation initiatives, educational resources, and engagement campaigns, to enhance overall client experience and loyalty.

 


What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years in social media management and content creation, preferably in a legal setting.​
  • Skills: Strong SEO knowledge, with expertise in optimizing content for visibility and engagement across digital platforms. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills to create compelling brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences. Proficient in social media management, content strategy, event planning, and community engagement to enhance brand presence and client relationships.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives that align with business goals and resonate with the target audience.
  • Self-Starter & Problem-Solver: Highly proactive, able to take ownership of projects, and work independently without needing close supervision.
  • Collaborative & Client-Focused: Works well with legal professionals, values client relationships, and ensures marketing efforts align with the firm’s mission.
