As we continue to grow and adapt to the evolving digital landscape, we recognize the critical need for a strategic leader to manage our digital voice and online presence. The Digital Content & Web Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy, ensuring that every piece of content—online or offline—aligns with our brand values and meets the highest standards of excellence and compliance. This role is essential in connecting meaningfully with current and future clients across web, social media, print, and multimedia platforms, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility and client engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Write, edit, and manage engaging content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and print materials, ensuring consistency with brand and compliance standards.
- Website & CMS Management: Maintain and update website content (primarily through WordPress), monitor blog and landing page performance, and assist in HubSpot CRM integration and tracking.
- Analytics & Campaign Performance: Monitor and report on key performance metrics using Google Analytics and related tools, including campaign creation, trend analysis, and conversion tracking. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve SEO, ROI, and overall marketing performance, while staying current with platform updates and resolving tracking issues.
- Ad Funnel Oversight: Oversee the full ad funnel from impression to conversion, ensuring CTAs, landing pages, and user flows are optimized to drive qualified leads. Continuously refine campaign structures and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ad spend effectiveness.
- AI & Tools Utilization: Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to streamline content creation and optimize campaign visuals.
- Compliance-Driven Marketing: Ensure all content adheres to NYS Bar Association advertising rules, ADA accessibility standards, and platform-specific guidelines across Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with third-party vendors managing TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook posting, ensuring brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Event & Campaign Support: Assist with event marketing and internal campaigns that elevate community presence and client acquisition.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing or content management, with strong portfolio examples. Open to newer graduates with strong degrees and project samples.
- Analytics & Ad Experience: Proficient in Google Analytics with experience in campaign creation, conversion tracking, ROI analysis, and identifying high-performing funnels and platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, basic HTML, SEO best practices, and landing page strategy. Proficient in WhatsApp, Microsoft 365, and shared calendar systems to support digital marketing operations and cross-functional workflows.
- Creative Skillset: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Canva, and basic video editing for creating social media content and campaign visuals. A strong eye for visual storytelling; photography skills are a plus.
- Legal Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with legal marketing compliance, including New York State Bar advertising rules and platform-specific policies (Google, Facebook, etc.). Must also understand ADA accessibility standards to ensure all digital content is compliant and inclusive.
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Independent, But Collaborative: Someone who can work with a laid-back but communicative supervisor who values creativity and initiative.
