- Support Trial Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing hearing binders, deposition materials, and trial exhibits, ensuring all materials are complete, precise, and on time.
- Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with attorneys and fellow team members to ensure alignment, efficiency, and excellence in every client matter.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a paralegal or legal assistant in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally in all formats.
- Attention to Detail: Unwavering accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring precision in data entry, document preparation, and case materials.
- Type A Personality: Demonstrates passion and diligence in work, with a deep belief in the value and impact of high-quality output. Maintains strong organization, thrives in environments that demand the highest standards, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Embraces challenges and the unknown with confidence, relentlessly pursuing solutions and remaining driven to do right by clients.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience using case management software, task management tools like Asana, and communication platforms such as Slack, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Autonomy & Ownership Mentality: Takes full responsibility for role ownership, confidently making decisions and being accountable for outcomes. Proactively works with initiative, independently driving tasks forward while consistently seeking ways to support the team and advance case progress.
- High Urgency: Approaches every case with a strong sense of urgency, demonstrating excellent task management and problem-solving skills to prevent bottlenecks and keep cases advancing without delay.
- Growth Mindset: Lifelong learner who embraces feedback and is always looking to improve.
- Collaborative Spirit: Team-first mentality, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a winning culture.
