As Harold J Cronk PC continues to expand its reach and refine its client experience, the need for a proactive and dedicated Sales Intake Specialist has never been more important. This role is central to ensuring that every potential client’s first interaction with the firm is handled with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. By managing inbound inquiries, conducting consultative sales calls, and handling client onboarding, the Sales Intake Specialist will play a critical role in converting leads into paying clients. With autonomy in the role and clear performance goals, the right candidate will have the opportunity to directly impact the firm’s growth trajectory — enabling our founder to focus on expansion while trusting you to drive daily revenue through successful client acquisition.
What you’ll do:
- Sales & Client Conversion: Handle 10 to 15 inbound calls daily from potential clients. Build rapport and guide clients through legal options with empathy. Utilize sales scripts and consultative techniques to close 18 to 20 new clients each month. Focus on closing criminal law cases and refer personal injury cases appropriately. Collect down payments and set up payment plans to secure client commitments.
- Intake & Onboarding: Manage the full intake process by vetting inquiries and setting up client files. Ensure accurate handoff of client details and payments to internal team members. Cover sales and intake activities during the owner’s absence to prevent lost opportunities. Collaborate directly with the owner for training and real-time feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Drive Growth & Improve Sales Processes: Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and client conversion strategies. Recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain focus on clear KPIs and collaborate with the owner to implement improvements that drive firm growth and revenue targets.
- Performance & Autonomy: Operate independently and deliver measurable results. Thrive in an autonomous environment that values outcomes over oversight. Own your success and maintain accountability for hitting performance goals. Engage directly with the owner for guidance while driving the firm’s growth through consistent client acquisition.
What we’re looking for:
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrate a strong track record in sales, ideally in service-based industries. Prioritize client conversion and confidently close deals.
- Intake Experience (Bonus): Leverage prior intake experience to manage client onboarding and processes effectively. While not required, intake experience is a strong bonus for success in this role.
- Empathy & Rapport Building: Connect with clients facing stressful legal situations. Show empathy and build trust over the phone to guide clients toward solutions.
- Autonomous Operator: Own your role and work independently. Deliver consistent results without daily supervision.
- Client-Focused Approach: Prioritize the client experience from the first interaction. Provide clarity, empathy, and a seamless intake process.
