As Manager of Intake and Sales, you will be at the forefront of this critical client journey. This role is essential in leading and optimizing the team that handles all incoming leads, ensuring that every potential client is treated with empathy, efficiency, and urgency. You will oversee both intake and sales operations, driving team performance and making sure no opportunities are lost. Beyond management, your leadership will help shape the future of our firm’s growth—guiding the team, refining processes, and ensuring our commitment to excellence starts from the very first call. What you’ll do:

  • Lead Conversion & Sales Execution: Take responsibility for ensuring leads are effectively followed up on and converted into retained clients. Drive timely, consistent communication and follow-through across the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Intake Team Leadership & Support: Lead and support the intake team, ensuring they manage incoming calls efficiently and direct leads appropriately. Provide guidance and step in to assist with intake as needed to maintain a high standard of client service.
  • Sales Pipeline Oversight: Manage the movement of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring no opportunity is missed and every lead is pursued until resolution. Monitor activity daily to ensure consistent follow-up and progress.
  • Team Development & Accountability: Manage and guide the intake team, providing training and holding team members accountable for their roles in supporting lead conversion. Foster a results-driven environment focused on growth and improvement.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously refine sales and intake processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Test scripts, workflows, and strategies to identify what drives the best results.
  • KPI Management & Data-Driven Improvements: Help develop clear KPIs for both individual and team performance, with a strong focus on lead conversion metrics. Track results consistently and use performance data to refine strategies and drive better outcomes.
  • Driving Sales and Firm Growth: Take ownership of the firm's sales performance by ensuring leads convert into clients and revenue goals are met. Align daily efforts with the firm’s broader growth objectives, contributing directly to its success.
  • Strategic Initiatives for Growth: Contribute to long-term sales strategies and projects aimed at scaling the firm’s intake and sales capacity. Identify trends and opportunities to enhance performance over time.
  • Client Experience Excellence: Ensure every lead interaction is handled with professionalism and urgency, reflecting the firm’s commitment to client care. Set the tone for a positive client journey from first contact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with firm leadership and legal teams to ensure smooth handoff of clients post-conversion. Align sales efforts with firm goals and client service standards.

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Sales Leadership: Proven sales experience with at least 3+ years overseeing an intake or sales team, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Commitment to Excellence: A reliable, punctual, and driven team player who is committed to delivering results and fostering a high-performing team.
  • Client-Centric Focus: Ability to balance client empathy with sales performance, ensuring that every potential client feels supported and valued.
