With continued growth and a dedication to efficiency, we are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of data reporting, systems management, and operational insights that help drive firm-wide performance. Your analytical mindset and proactive approach will be key in optimizing processes, implementing KPIs, and ensuring that our teams have the tools and information they need to serve clients at the highest level.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Data Management & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data, run productivity and performance reports, build and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics, and monitor caseload distribution for balanced team workloads.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and reliability of data across reports and dashboards by maintaining data hygiene and performing routine audits.
  • KPI Implementation: Support the rollout of KPIs, track team performance tied to KPIs, and create reporting structures to ensure consistent monitoring and evaluation.S
  • Systems Management: Ensure effective use of Law Ruler, train staff on system usage, resolve system issues, explore opportunities to enhance system efficiency, and propose improvements or new tools that can optimize processes and performance.
  • SOP Development & Compliance: Assist in drafting and organizing SOPs, coordinate with leadership to align processes, and monitor compliance to drive consistency across teams.
  • Caseload & Task Monitoring: Track workloads, identify and flag overdue cases, and support case assignment decisions to maintain optimal productivity.
  • HR Support: Provide support for core human resources functions, including monitoring completion of annual harassment and discrimination training, creating key HR documents (e.g., review forms, offer letters, interview guides, exit interviews), and assisting with various administrative HR tasks as needed.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, propose data-driven solutions, and collaborate with managers to refine workflows and improve operations.
  • Training & Support: Assist in onboarding new staff by providing training on systems, processes, and reporting tools to ensure operational consistency.

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Data-Driven Analytical Strength: Proven ability to collect, interpret, and act on data to improve operational performance and drive efficiency.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working with case management systems (Law Ruler or similar), strong command of reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards, and proficiency in written communication, including strong grammar and clarity.
  • KPI & Reporting Focus: Skilled in implementing KPIs and maintaining reporting structures that track productivity and guide team performance.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: Strong grasp of standard operating procedures, with a talent for drafting, organizing, and ensuring compliance across teams.
  • Initiative & Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and taking ownership of operational tasks without waiting for direction.
  • Systems Optimization: Willingness to explore, evaluate, and propose new tools or processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage multiple data sets, tasks, and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working alongside managers, attorneys, and staff, effectively translating data insights into actionable improvements.
