We are seeking a strategic and mission-driven Director of Marketing to join our growing leadership team. This role will be instrumental in scaling our brand presence, driving qualified leads, and strengthening community engagement across multiple states. What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Genesis Legal Group’s growth goals across Arizona and Michigan.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end lead generation engine and design segmented, high-impact campaigns that drive client acquisition across practice areas.
  • Digital Strategy & Brand Development: Oversee all digital channels and develop compassionate, values-driven content that builds trust and elevates brand awareness.
  • Community Engagement: Launch and grow a closed Facebook support group, lead webinars, and coordinate community involvement to enhance referral and brand visibility.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Design and maintain a marketing dashboard to track KPIs, including cost per lead, intake conversion rates, and marketing-attributed revenue.
  • Team and Vendor Management: Lead contractors and vendors in social media, paid ads, SEO, and content development—ensuring quality execution and ROI.
  • Marketing Tech & Infrastructure: Implement and manage a lean, efficient marketing tech stack for automation, attribution, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with the CEO, DOO, and attorneys to align marketing with intake, client experience, and firm-wide growth initiatives.

  • Local SEO & Online Visibility
      • Ranking in key markets for SEO
      • Increase in organic traffic 
      • Increase in attorney profile views across Google My Business
        • (And general Google My Business as a lead generator)
  • Community & Brand Engagement
      • Launch + grow Facebook Group to the desired count of members within the desired timelines
      • Count of virtual workshops and average attendance rates
      • Count of referrals
      • Count of community-based events or sponsorships/year
  • Internal Ops & Value Reinforcement
      • NPS - response rate / average score / implementation of refinement to the marketing campaigns based on feedback
      • Marketing dashboard / reporting 


What we’re looking for: 

  • Professional Experience: 5–8 years in marketing roles focusing on digital campaigns, funnel optimization, and brand strategy—legal (specifically Personal Injury) or professional services background preferred.
  • Data & Technical Fluency: Strong command of marketing metrics, ROI analysis, CRM platforms, campaign automation, and attribution tracking.
  • Digital Campaign & Content Strategy: Proven success managing paid and organic channels across Google, Meta, YouTube, and email; capable of crafting empathetic, educational content aligned with brand voice.
  • Leadership & Project Management: Skilled in leading projects to completion, managing vendors, and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication; works seamlessly with legal, intake, and leadership teams.
  • Culture Fit: Values-driven, self-starter with empathy, curiosity, and a passion for making a difference.
