We’re now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a new phase of strategic growth. In this role, you will shape our firm’s marketing vision by leading digital efforts, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing community event coordination. Your creativity and data-driven approach will help us connect with families, grow our visibility, and deliver on our mission of planning with purpose and compassion.
What you’ll do:

These include digital campaigns, paid advertising, content development, social media, and in-person events.

Coordinate SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns while collaborating with the firm’s IT specialist to improve website performance, content, and user experience.
- Social Media & Content Management: Lead content strategy across platforms by developing a proactive calendar for social media, newsletters, and blog posts. Ensure content is timely, brand-aligned, and community-focused to drive engagement and reinforce trust.
- Vendor & Agency Collaboration: Oversee relationships with third-party partners, including advertising firms, video producers, and digital marketing vendors. Provide creative direction, manage deliverables, and ensure efforts are on-brand and results-driven.
- Event Leadership & Community Engagement: Manage a part-time event coordinator and oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of firm-hosted seminars, workshops, and community initiatives. Align all events with broader marketing objectives to strengthen local relationships and build brand recognition.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing performance, including website traffic, lead attribution, campaign ROI, CPA (cost per acquisition), and audience engagement. Translate insights into action by adjusting strategy and reporting regularly to firm leadership.
- Strategic Alignment & Internal Communication: Join weekly leadership meetings to review progress toward key marketing KPIs. Bring new marketing ideas to the table, maintain accountability across initiatives, and foster a culture of creative problem-solving.
- Innovation & Initiative: Take ownership of marketing innovation by introducing original ideas and systems that solve challenges, capitalize on growth opportunities, and move the firm forward.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience and Industry Insight: Three to five years of experience in marketing, preferably in a legal or professional services setting, with a proven track record in digital marketing, social media strategy, paid advertising, and online lead generation.
- Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution, including content creation, analytics, and optimization, with a leadership style that promotes accountability, problem-solving, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Digital Strategy and SEO Expertise: Expertise in website optimization, SEO and SEM best practices, and performance marketing. Able to generate qualified leads while reducing cost of acquisition through data-informed decision making.
- Platform Proficiency: Fluent in CMS platforms such as WordPress and Squarespace, with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace. Comfortable using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics dashboards, and reporting platforms.
- Strategic and Detail Oriented: A strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, balancing high-level planning with daily management of marketing calendars, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Communication and Content: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with editorial expertise. Able to craft compelling, on-brand messaging tailored to attorneys, clients, community stakeholders, and digital audiences.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Experienced in managing vendor relationships including negotiation, creative direction, and quality control. Comfortable working collaboratively across internal departments and with external partners to align on goals and execution.
- Personality Fit: Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful with a sense of humor and openness to feedback. A lifelong learner who approaches uncertainty with curiosity and confidence, always seeking solutions and continuously improving.
