Olson Personal Injury Lawyers isn’t just another personal injury law firm in Colorado. Over time, the firm has grown into a trusted advocate for individuals and families across the Mountain West. With a relentless commitment to protecting the rights of clients, Olson Personal Injury Lawyers has built a reputation for delivering results with compassion and integrity. Their client-centered approach has earned them hundreds of 5-star reviews, an extremely high success rate, and millions recovered for those who needed a strong voice during life’s most challenging moments.

With that being said, Olson Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking a Marketing Strategist. In this role, you will serve as the firm’s central hub for vendor coordination and marketing alignment, ensuring that every campaign, initiative, and investment drives toward the same growth goals. Reporting directly to the owner, you’ll free leadership from the day-to-day complexity of marketing operations while shaping a more strategic, streamlined, and scalable approach for the future.

What you’ll do:

Vendor & Campaign Coordination

    • Serve as the central point of contact for all marketing vendors
    • Ensure alignment across paid, organic, and branding initiatives so every effort supports firm-wide growth goals.
    • Hold vendors accountable by asking the right questions, validating performance, and driving clarity in deliverables.

Strategy & Alignment

    • Act as the “translator” between external vendors and the firm, ensuring that strategies are cohesive, efficient, and results-driven.
    • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in current marketing efforts, bringing fresh ideas to strengthen brand impact and case growth.
    • Bridge the gap between marketing and intake, strengthening the sales funnel from lead generation through signed cases.
    • Build SOPs and processes that bring organization, efficiency, and accountability to all marketing operations.

Reporting, Insights & Optimization

    • Deliver simplified, meaningful reports to the firm owner that highlight true performance drivers and eliminate unnecessary complexity.
    • Track cost per case, case volume, and campaign ROI to provide actionable, data-driven insights.
    • Challenge assumptions, cut through data noise, and ensure every decision is grounded in clarity, truth, and proven results.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns and vendor strategies to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.

Growth & Community Presence

    • Take immediate ownership of vendor communication and coordination during onboarding.
    • Collaborate with intake and operations leaders to ensure marketing efforts drive measurable improvements across the full client journey.
    • Optional: Expand the role into community presence and event marketing if that aligns with your interests and strengths.
    • Long-term: Grow into a Marketing Director role, with the potential to oversee intake and broader marketing initiatives as the firm scales.

KPIs & Success Metrics

    • Lower cost per case through more efficient and effective campaigns.
    • Increase monthly caseload by improving marketing ROI.
    • Drive stronger brand awareness and market presence through coordinated campaigns.
    • Build and maintain clear processes (SOPs) for consistent, scalable marketing operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 5–6 years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on paid social and digital campaigns.
  • Vendor Management: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple vendors, understanding marketing language well enough to hold partners accountable without needing to execute ads directly.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinking: Someone who not only manages processes but brings new, innovative ideas to the table to strengthen campaigns and expand impact.
  • Operational Strength: Background in project management or building systems (SOPs, cross-department communication) is a strong plus.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working across departments and with leadership to unify strategy, intake, and execution.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret results, optimize campaigns, and challenge assumptions with data-driven clarity.
  • Proactive Ownership: Confident, self-directed professional who thrives in taking initiative and bringing clarity to complex situations.
  • Bonus Skills (not required): Experience in community marketing/events or organic content creation.

Why you should work here:

  • Impact from Day One: Step into a role designed to free the owner from daily marketing management and immediately take ownership of vendor coordination.
  • Growth Trajectory: Begin as a Marketing Strategist with a clear path to grow into a Marketing Director role as the firm scales.
  • Entrepreneurial Culture: Join a collaborative, forward-thinking personal injury firm that values accountability, communication, and innovation.

Additional perks:

  • Growth & Development: Opportunity to shape the firm’s long-term marketing vision while advancing your own career. Direct mentorship and access to firm leadership, ensuring your contributions are visible and valued.
  • Time Off & Well-Being: Paid time off to recharge and maintain work-life balance. Supportive, collaborative environment that values accountability and communication.

If you’re looking for a job where you can just coast, this isn’t it. At Olson Personal Injury Lawyers, we hold ourselves and our partners accountable for excellence. We believe that meaningful growth doesn’t come from doing the bare minimum; it comes from discipline, creativity, and a relentless commitment to results.

This role is for someone who’s ready to take ownership, bring clarity to complexity, and drive real impact. We’re not looking for average. We’re looking for someone who shares our belief in doing things the right way, every time.
