The firm focuses on contract negotiations and operational legal support that empower clients to scale with confidence.
We are now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to build and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that expands GTX’s reach and drives measurable growth. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape brand presence, manage content and social media, and use analytics to optimize campaigns. From thought leadership and video to business development support, you’ll play a key role in positioning GTX Legal as the go-to firm for high-growth enterprises.
What you’ll do:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage the firm’s overall marketing strategy and calendar.
- Conduct market research to identify client needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Build prospect lists and support targeted outreach efforts.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels.
- Provide reports with actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Use data to “gamify” marketing performance, testing and iterating for maximum ROI.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee marketing collateral, client alerts, newsletters, pitch decks, and corporate communications.
- Maintain and grow the firm’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Content & Social Media
- Create and manage a social media content calendar with a consistent, professional voice.
- Assist leadership in producing video content (basic editing, posting, and scheduling).
- Develop engaging assets including posts, graphics, blogs, FAQs, and thought-leadership content.
Business Development Support
- Shadow sales calls to align marketing strategy with client acquisition goals.
- Support attorneys in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Help track and follow up on referrals to generate qualified leads.
Additional Responsibilities (as needed)
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., website developer, digital advertising partners).
- Support occasional paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Assist with industry events, networking opportunities, or community initiatives when required.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally with B2B or professional services. Prior legal industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in analyzing marketing metrics, identifying patterns, and adjusting strategies. Must genuinely enjoy digging into data.
- Strategic & Creative: Capable of building a cohesive marketing plan while also producing high-quality, engaging content.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing platforms (social media tools, CRM, analytics dashboards, marketing automation). Basic video editing skills preferred.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, polished presence. Ability to collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and leadership.
- Independence & Initiative: Self-starter who can take ownership of projects in a small, entrepreneurial firm environment.
- Professionalism: Must reflect the firm’s high standards of respect, reliability, and client-first service.
