We are seeking a Content and Brand Ambassador to elevate our firm's presence online and in the community. This role is vital for crafting and executing a cohesive content strategy across digital platforms, launching new media initiatives, and fortifying our brand's standing in the market. As the architect behind our online narrative, you'll enhance client engagement and visibility, reinforcing our mission to advocate for justice and client empowerment.
What you’ll do:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Podcast and Streaming: Launch and manage podcasting initiatives, including coordinating recording, editing, promotion, and publishing.
- Review Program: Lead a program to gather 5-star client reviews, implementing follow-ups and tracking success.
- Website Traffic: Drive traffic to the firm's website by amplifying content, case highlights, and client stories through social media.
- SEO Coordination: Work with external partners to optimize the firm's SEO efforts, ensuring higher search rankings and visibility.
- Media Relations: Pitch and secure local media opportunities, utilizing TV and radio to position firm attorneys as experts.
- Community Engagement: Identify and participate in local events, representing the firm and managing onsite brand presence.
- Marketing KPIs: Track and optimize key performance indicators related to content, reviews, traffic, and lead generation.
What we’re looking for:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years of social media and marketing experience required.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SEO, content trends, and AI tools; familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Project Management: Strong skills in building and adhering to a monthly content calendar; ability to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; capable of engaging with media and managing public relations.
- Creativity and Initiative: Demonstrates innovative thinking in marketing and brand strategy, driving new initiatives and engaging content.
- On-Site Engagement: Thrives in an in-office role where collaboration and direct engagement with colleagues are integral to success.
