Cordisco & Saile LLC is a nationally recognized personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Bucks County, the Lehigh Valley, Montgomery County, and the greater Philadelphia region. The firm has more than 30 years of experience representing seriously injured clients in car, truck, motorcycle, slip and fall, brain injury, and other high-stakes personal injury matters, with over $100 million recovered and hundreds of five star reviews.

From its suburban offices just outside Philadelphia in Trevose, Pennsylvania, the firm offers clients top tier trial experience without the downtown commute, combining sophisticated litigation with a community-focused, client first approach. The team prides itself on staying at the cutting edge of legal tech, using Salesforce based case management and AI tools to drive better decisions, tighter workflows, and stronger outcomes for injured clients.

Cordisco & Saile has grown more than 300 percent in new cases over the last two years and now handles our 500  newly signed cases annually. The firm has expanded office space, added attorneys, and invested heavily in technology, yet the pace of growth has exposed capacity gaps, stressed teams, and highlighted the need for stronger forecasting, staffing, and operational leadership.

They are hiring a Director of Operations to be the owner’s primary operational partner, responsible for stabilizing the current environment and building the systems, structure, and culture that will support the next stage of scale. This is not a “band aid” role. This is the person who will translate vision into reality, turn data into decisions, and help a high performing but stretched firm operate with clarity and confidence. This role is replacing the role of an operations manager.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Operational Leadership
    • Own the firm’s overall operational plan, ensuring day to day activities align with growth, profitability, and client experience goals.
    • Identify bottlenecks across the case lifecycle and rebuild processes so the firm can handle higher volume without burning out staff.
    • Act as the owner’s right hand on operations, integration, and execution, bringing structure and follow through when he is focused on major cases or business strategy.
  • People Leadership and Culture
    • Serve as a visible, approachable leader for attorneys, paralegals, and staff, building trust through consistent communication and follow through.
    • Conduct regular one-on ones and “stay interviews” to understand what is working, where people are stuck, and what support they need.
    • Lead quarterly performance reviews, coaching team members toward clear expectations, growth, and accountability.
    • Help shift the culture away from fire fighting and fear based leadership toward a healthy, performance driven environment where people feel supported and challenged.
  • Data and Technology Management
    • Use Litify and related dashboards daily to monitor KPIs, staffing capacity, case flow, and departmental performance.
    • Partner with the owner and external finance resources to use operational data for forecasting staffing, capacity, and future needs.
    • Champion adoption of AI and automation tools, ensuring workflows in systems like EVE are aligned with real operational needs and are actually used by the team.
  • Department Oversight
    • Oversee core operational areas including case management, pre-lit, litigation operations, intake, and support teams, in partnership with emerging department heads.
    • Work closely with HR and SOP support on onboarding, training, documentation, and policy implementation, without directly owning HR compliance.
    • Collaborate with the marketing manager to stay aligned on volume expectations and capacity, while keeping primary focus on people, process, and delivery.
  • Process Improvement and Scaling
    • Map existing workflows inside Litify and related tools, then build or refine processes to reduce errors, delays, and rework.
    • Standardize how cases move through pre-litigation and litigation so staffing, handoffs, and responsibilities are clear.
    • Work on integrating international support staff into pre-lit operations, ensuring they are properly trained, directed, and measured.
  • Hiring and Capacity Planning
    • Partner with leadership to forecast future staffing needs across pre-lit, litigation, and support roles based on actual and projected case volume.
    • Participate in key hiring decisions for paralegals, attorneys, and operations staff, making sure new hires align with culture and performance expectations.
    • Provide clear, data backed recommendations on when to hire, where to add capacity, and when underperformers must be addressed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Operational Leadership: Proven senior ops leader or right hand to a founder in a fast growing, multi team service business.
  • Growth Experience: History of leading teams through rapid growth, restructuring, or scale up phases.
  • Industry Background: Law firm experience is a plus, but we also value experience from data heavy, people focused environments like healthcare, call centers, or complex service businesses.
  • People Leadership: Warm, approachable presence that earns trust quickly across the firm.
  • Coaching and Accountability: Strong coach who gives direct feedback, protects psychological safety, and holds people accountable without drama.
  • Ownership Mindset: Low ego, high ownership, willing to step in where needed and take responsibility.
  • Data and Analytics: Highly data centric, comfortable working in dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
  • Systems and Tech: Tech savvy with experience implementing or improving CRM or case management tools, ideally Salesforce based or AI enabled platforms.
  • Operating Style: Strategic and hands on, able to move between big picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • Follow Through: Organized, persistent, and consistent in driving priorities to completion.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in an environment where roles, structure, and department leadership are still being built.

Why you should work here:

  • High impact role: You will directly shape how a growing, tech forward personal injury firm operates, scales, and serves hundreds of injured clients each year.
  • True partnership with ownership: Work side by side with a visionary owner who values operations, invests in technology, and is committed to building a sustainable, high performing team.
  • Growth runway: As the firm continues to expand, this role sits at the center of future leadership, structure, and strategy decisions, with room to grow in scope and influence.
  • Modern tools and infrastructure: Work with advanced case management, dashboards, and AI tools rather than trying to drag a paper based firm into the twenty first century.

Additional perks:

  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and standard firm benefits, designed to attract and retain top operational talent.
  • Additional details will be discussed during later stages of the interview process.

If you are a data driven operator who loves leading people, fixing systems, and building a healthier, higher performing firm, we want to hear from you.

You’ll help turn growth pressure into sustainable progress, support a team that is genuinely committed to their clients, and play a central role in writing the next chapter of Cordisco & Saile’s story.
