Recruiter - U.S.
Are you obsessive about follow-through, responsiveness, and keeping pipelines moving?
Do you take pride in placing the right people, not just filling seats?
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership, urgency, and precision matter?
Final question: when faced with a challenge, do you get excited or run away?
If that sounds like you, you may be the perfect fit for our Recruiter role.
At Crisp, we're on a mission to help 10,000 law firms each grow their revenue by $10,000,000 over the next 10 years, creating a $10 billion impact in the legal industry.
This role is part of an internal and client-facing recruiting service that directly impacts our clients’ ability to grow. You will own full-cycle recruitment for both Crisp internal roles and law firm client roles, ensuring speed, quality, and candidate experience without sacrificing rigor.
This is an execution-heavy role. It requires extreme attention to detail, strong communication, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to independently drive roles from intake through hire.

Key Responsibilities Include:
1) Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership
- Own 6+ active requisitions at any given time across internal Crisp roles and client law firm roles.

- Achieve a minimum of 4 unique hires per month, with additional performance metrics adjusted based on business needs.
- Move candidates into active pipelines within 48 hours of role intake.
- Target a 21-day time-to-fill for most roles.
2) Intake, Screening & Candidate Evaluation
- Conduct role intake meetings with internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, law firm clients.
- Calendar and conduct high-volume phone screens (20+ per week).
- Evaluate candidates against role requirements using comparative analysis across experience, skills, compensation expectations, and cultural fit.
- Confidently communicate role expectations, compensation ranges, and value propositions to candidates.
3) Pipeline Management & Candidate Experience
- Keep candidates warm, responsive, and engaged throughout the process.
- Send, track, and follow up on test assignments and assessments.
- Ensure candidates move immediately through pipeline stages as steps are completed.
- Balance advocacy for candidates with stewardship for Crisp and its clients.
4) Systems, Reporting & Accuracy
- Maintain absolute accuracy in the ATS and supporting systems (stages, notes, statuses, documentation).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on submissions, interviews, confirmations, and placements.
- Partner with Recruiting Operations to ensure all required paperwork and compliance steps are completed on time.
- Handle high-volume data entry and updates with zero tolerance for preventable errors.
5) Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with Sourcers, other Recruiters, Team Lead Recruiters, the Director of Recruiting, and Recruiting Operations.
- Navigate scheduling and availability across candidates, internal teams, and external clients.
- Surface risks early when roles are at risk of delay or breakdown.
6) Tools and Platforms You’ll Use
(You do not need deep expertise in all tools on day one, but you must demonstrate fast learning and comfort operating in systems.)
- ATS: Greenhouse
- Sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Onlinejobs.ph
- Scheduling: Calendly
- Docs & Collaboration: Google Workspace
- Communication: Slack, Zoom, email
- Tracking & Reporting: Google Sheets
Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:
- Have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, up to executive-level roles.
- Demonstrate strong intake ownership and the ability to deeply understand role and client needs.
- Be highly detail-oriented. You catch errors other people miss.
- Operate with urgency and accountability without needing reminders.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
- Be comfortable managing high volume without losing quality or accuracy.
- Understand recruiting-related employment practices (W2 vs 1099, confidentiality, basic labor law concepts).
- Be available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- This role is not a fit if you:
- Need constant oversight to move work forward
- Avoid difficult conversations with candidates or stakeholders
- Struggle to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Miss details that damage candidate trust or client confidence
Why Our Work Matters:
Lawyers go to law school to learn how to practice law, but law school doesn’t teach them how to run a business. In a world where the best cases often go to the best marketers, legal expertise alone isn’t enough.
That’s where Crisp comes in.
We partner with committed, growth-minded law firms that care deeply about their teams, clients, and communities. Often, it’s a David vs. Goliath scenario, where the most dedicated attorneys lack the resources of their larger competitors.
Our work levels the playing field by giving law firms access to world-class marketing execution that helps them stand out, build authority, and grow sustainably.
About Crisp:
Crisp has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 (Fastest Growing Private Companies in the U.S. – 2024, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017), as well as Atlanta's Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016) and Atlanta's Best Places to Work (2024, 2023, 2022).
