The Onboarding Specialist at The Greening Law Group is an essential role charged with managing initial client interactions, ensuring every prospective client is given the attention and urgency they deserve. This position is key in supporting the firm’s mission of delivering swift and decisive legal representation, serving as the first point of contact and setting the tone for impactful client engagements. As a frontline representative, the Onboarding Specialist will have a direct impact on both client experiences and the firm’s growth trajectory.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Pipeline Management: Oversee approximately 150 inbound leads per month, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Client Qualification: Assess prospective clients swiftly, emphasizing their ability to engage our services and arrange consultations.
- Closing Expertise: Utilize persuasive communication to secure client retainers, targeting a goal of 20 new clients monthly.
- Responsive Communication: Remain accessible during weekends and evenings to manage inquiries and schedule consultations effectively. Same-day response SLA; weekend coverage rotation; evening responsiveness when leads come in.
- System Optimization: Audit and enhance existing systems for lead management, reducing manual processes and implementing effective automations.
- Strategic Messaging: Develop compelling communication materials to drive client engagement and conversion.
- KPI Tracking: Maintain detailed records of conversions and report progress towards monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborative Engagement: Coordinate with legal teams and external partners to optimize lead quality and intake processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in B2C phone sales with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technological Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems and automation tools, with the ability to improve and implement lead processes. Build/optimize lead stages, automated follow-up sequences, templates, dashboards, and weekly KPI reviews.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting persuasive messages.
- Financial Conversancy: Comfortable discussing financial commitments with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with service offerings.
- Self-Driven Maturity: High-functioning, motivated individual capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Strategic Innovation: Ability to introduce creative approaches to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Reactivation: follow up on aged leads (30–180 days) to recover missed opportunities.
