By employing a compassionate and consultative approach, you will help individuals navigate their initial legal challenges, reflect the firm’s mission of protecting client rights, and contribute to the firm’s holistic success.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Engagement: Answer and return inbound calls, conducting consultative qualification processes to convert inquiries into retained clients.
  • Lead Filtering: Pre-qualify leads to align with the firm’s client criteria, ensuring ethical and appropriate engagements.
  • Consistent Representation: Serve as the first face and voice of the firm, greeting clients, managing front desk duties, and handling basic administrative tasks.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist with the creation of new matter files, manage court date calendaring, and provide support in sending welcome packages.
  • Performance & Metrics Ownership: Track and take ownership of daily and weekly intake metrics (calls, conversions, and follow-ups), regularly reviewing results with leadership to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Market Insight: Review intake and marketing metrics, identify trends, and propose improvements to optimize client conversion rates.

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales-oriented role, ideally involving high-cost or discretionary products or services, within environments that require consultative selling, objection handling, and closing.
  • Ethics and Compassion: Strong ethical compass, able to sell while aligning with firm values of moral responsibility and compassion.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and adapt to diverse scenarios.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable with a flexible schedule to ensure consistent coverage and strong client experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle rejection and uncertainty positively.
  • Accountability Mindset: Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results are visible, goals are clearly defined, and success is measured through consistent KPIs.

Why you should work here:

  • High Impact: Play a significant role in the firm's growth and success, with direct influence on client outcomes.
  • Leadership Exposure: Engage regularly with firm leadership, gaining insights and guidance from experienced professionals.
  • Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to contribute ideas and improvements, shaping the firm's intake and engagement strategies.
  • Clear Growth Pathways: If you’re driven and consistently deliver results, this role offers real room to grow. High performers can step into intake leadership or take on deeper legal operations responsibilities as the firm evolves.

Additional perks:

  • Competitive Base Pay: Meaningful base compensation reflective of the role’s importance, designed to account for variable call volume and downtime.
  • Performance Incentives: Bonus opportunities tied to client fulfillment and support activities, with planned sales and closing incentives available post-training for strong-fit matters and smaller case closures.
  • Health & Vision Insurance: Health and vision insurance coverage available after one month of employment, with the option to add a spouse and dependents at the employee’s expense.
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with a 3% match after six months of employment.
  • Disability Insurance: Short-term and long-term disability coverage after six months.
  • Free Parking: Convenient, on-site parking at no cost to employees.
