The Director of Marketing role at Heil Law Firm empowers a visionary leader to spearhead our marketing strategy across multiple offices. This is a key position crucial to advancing the firm's mission of delivering justice both inside and outside the courtroom. By optimizing our marketing operations, enhancing community engagement, and driving our digital presence, you will directly impact our reputation, client base, and community contributions.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

• Strategy Development: Design and implement a cohesive marketing plan with clear goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Digital Mastery: Manage online marketing across paid search, social media, and SEO, ensuring brand consistency.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and innovate within a 7-person team, enhancing structure and accountability.
• Vendor Management: Lead strategy sessions with SEO/PPC partners, ensuring effective and actionable insights.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and dashboards, driving data-informed decisions.
• Community Engagement: Develop and manage events that enhance our community presence and brand recognition.
• Budget Optimization: Ensure marketing spend delivers maximum ROI, aligning with firm objectives.
• Process Innovation: Build a robust operating system including tech stack evaluation and campaign management.
