Project Coordinator

The Trailhead program welcomes new graduates and individuals looking to make a career change into the digital marketing world. This is a 12-week opportunity for you to showcase your potential and embark on your epic journey at Critical Mass! 

During this period, you will take part in a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we create award-winning work with our clients. Our goal is to provide hands-on experience and professional growth while integrating you into the amazing work we do here at Critical Mass, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

As a Project Coordinator you will learn from the Project Delivery team to understand the successful development of interactive digital-based solutions. The Project Coordinator will experience working with cross-functional and multi-project team resources to ensure solutions are delivered on time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline, and cost parameters. They will have the opportunity to assist in the development of plans, schedules, and control project activities toward these objectives, all the while, learning the technical, theoretical, and managerial skills required to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships. 

You Will: 

  • Gain exposure and understanding of the project delivery discipline and how it operates within the agency.  
  • Collaborate with other Trailhead participants on client project and global intern project.  
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and effective execution of project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s) according to established procedures, channels, and success expectations.
  • Contribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in establishing clear project parameters supporting the success of all internal and client team members.
  • Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Critical Mass’ business philosophies, protocols and standards
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.  

You Have: 

  • A strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve goals.
  • Highly process-oriented, while remaining adaptable and flexible when needed to meet evolving needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in seeking clarification and ensuring alignment with team expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to execute tasks and projects diligently and reliably.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Aptitude and desire to build skills in mediation, negotiation, diplomacy, and decision making
  • Aptitude and desire to learn how to manage interactive digital-based media projects
  • Aptitude and desire to learn business and financial principles, including budget, schedule, and resource management
