We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Internal Communications Coordinator to support the smooth execution of internal communications and organizational processes. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level operations while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of internal marketing and communications efforts. This role sits within the Internal Communications and Culture Pillar on the Talent Team at Critical Mass.
You Will:
- Manage Box folders and archive, create small SharePoints, and other organizational tools to ensure seamless operations.
- Help streamline internal communications processes for greater efficiency.
- Execute on internal communications projects.
- Assist with maintaining schedules and taking detailed meeting notes.
- Shadow executive meetings for exposure and to ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Act as a central communication hub across internal teams and departments.
- Facilitate coordination to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Critical Mass’ business philosophies, protocols and standards
- Assist in creating and maintaining a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.

Nice-to-Have:
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Suite for collaboration, organization, and documentation.
- Graphic Design & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating visually engaging presentations (Keynote or PowerPoint) and assisting with deck creation.
