Senior Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing team and help lead design work. This role is grounded in digital design, particularly concepting for web experiences, and will be central to the ongoing evolution our client’s digital ecosystem.

This role is focused on providing smart, thoughtful digital design work that elevates the brand experience across global touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with other on projects that require strategic thinking, brand consistency, and digital craft.


You Will:

  • Help lead the design of digital experiences, with a primary focus on web
  • Translate brand principles into modern, cohesive design systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, strategy, and development
  • Contribute to and uphold design standards that scale across global markets
  • Take initiative in managing your own workstream and client communications
  • Develop concepts and communicate ideas.
  • Balance strategic development with client business objectives.
  • Direct and delegate to core creative services disciplines.
  • Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department.
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming, concept development, creative brief development, and creative execution.

You Have:

  • 3 or more years of experience and a strong digital design portfolio.
  • Proven experience in digital/web design with strong design system knowledge
  • Expertise in Figma and a sharp design eye with high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of UX principles (though this is not a UX/Product role)
  • Experience in motion design or After Effects is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and managing projects end-to-end
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.
