You Will:

  • Analyze digital data using Adobe Analytics to monitor and optimize website performance.
  • Investigate voice of customer data from site surveys turning feedback into actionable insights
  • Design visually striking dashboards and data visualizations that transform complex data into clear, impactful insights.
  • Leverage analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to build interactive reports that empower clients to make informed decisions.
  • Present your findings using storytelling techniques that engage and inspire both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct customer journey analysis to map customer experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to elevate our client’s digital products.
  • Implement and maintain tags using platforms like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Adobe Launch.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units, driving meaningful business impact through your analytical expertise.
  • Support the execution of A/B testing to identify and prioritize digital optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with Creative, Technology, UX, and Strategy teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of measurement strategies for digital campaigns and experiences.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance and streamline analytics processes.
  • Support senior team members by developing analytics materials for new business pitches and RFPs.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with website measurement; either Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, including tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.,) and one or more testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate, etc.). Adobe analytics experience is a plus.
  • Experience with one or more visualization platforms (Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Datorama, etc.). Tableau experience a plus.
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, or other business-relevant statistical programming language.
  • Experience working with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time, proactively communicating needs, roadblocks, and statuses to the necessary people.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and high standard of output.
  • A drive to keep learning and offer your team support to grow and learn.
  • Problem-solving skills: the ability to thrive in the face of ambiguity and move projects forward by actively removing barriers and defining next steps.
  • Media/Marketing:
  • An understanding of the media landscape, ability to determine which channels are most appropriate based on business objectives, and experience using the data to make recommendations.
  • An understanding of how Search Engine Optimization (SEO) works alongside other channels, and experience analyzing it.
