You take part in project kick-offs, define and relay requirements, and ensure creative ideas are flawlessly executed for digital delivery to market. Taking cues from your Creative Engineering Director, you support the vision for creative engineering and mentor designers to achieve pixel perfection and compliance at every turn.

Lead

  • Lead from a design POV, managing DCO efforts (primarily within Celtra) that span from display through video, always maintaining the highest standards for accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Support the performance review process with regular team meetings, portfolio reviews, and 360 bi-annual feedback, with a focus on quality control and error prevention.
  • Mentor and coach Creative Engineers in technical and design skills, fostering attention to detail, process discipline, and a security-first mindset.

Collaborate

  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to bring their ideas to life, ensuring strict adherence to best practices, brand standards, and client-mandated security protocols.
  • Foster effective project traffic management in partnership with the Account Director and other agency teams, supporting seamless cross-agency delivery.
  • Share innovative ideas to enhance systems and processes for greater efficiency, compliance, and quality.
  • Review work and provide feedback to team members, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, secure, and meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with other discipline leads, internal stakeholders, and partner agencies to refine workflows and frameworks for improved client and user satisfaction.

You will

  • Work with internal teams, account, creative, and partner agencies to ensure continuity of delivery of final files within agreed timeframes and to the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
  • Oversee and support the team’s use of Celtra as the primary automation and creative production platform, ensuring adherence to platform best practices and workflow discipline.
  • Design to pixel-perfection and translate key art into the various resizes and versions required by the digital media buy, upholding strict attention to detail.
  • Act as a gatekeeper of brand guidelines and compliance for all creative output.
  • Actively take on designer responsibilities during staffing shortages or high-demand periods, modeling best practices in secure, high-volume production.
  • Deconstruct campaigns into a templatized approach; create nuanced executions from existing templates, and develop detailed template guides to support workflow consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Celtra and applicable digital production best practices; leverage Figma/Sketch as needed for specific tasks.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and thoroughly reviewed before release.

You have

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume production studio, digital design studio, or agency environment.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Celtra as a primary automation and creative production platform; experience with DCO frameworks within Celtra.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Figma/Sketch and Keynote/PowerPoint; able to leverage as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise high volume design teams in a fast-paced, highly sensitive, and deadline driven environment.
  • Experience in resource allocation, project management, and cross-functional or cross-agency collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Experience working with confidential or regulated content, understanding the importance of security, compliance, and error-free output.
  • Expertise in layout production, image optimization, static/animated advertising banners, email production, and visual guidelines.
