You’ll define paid search standards, and ensure best practices are upheld across campaign setup, budget pacing, and continuous optimization to drive performance and client satisfaction.

You’ll also play a critical role in shaping our paid search services and capabilities, scaling internal operations, and helping our clients achieve top-tier performance.

You Will:

  • Own the definition, execution, and optimization of SEM strategies for enterprise brands with $1M+ annual budgets
  • Translate business objectives into actionable SEM strategies across Google, Microsoft, and emerging AI platforms
  • Manage complex, multi-market campaigns including account structure, targeting, bid strategy, budget pacing, troubleshooting, and conversion optimization

  • Deliver insightful, visually compelling reporting with strategic recommendations rooted in data
  • Conduct audits, competitive analyses, and market research to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated search and media strategies

  • Build and nurture client relationships as a trusted SEM advisor; proactively share POVs on search trends, platform updates, and innovations
  • Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and training; remove roadblocks to support performance and growth
  • Establish and document operational workflows, best practice checklists, QA processes, onboarding, SOPs and playbooks to elevate SEM delivery across the agency
  • Participate in new business pitches and agency initiatives
  • Effectively convey SEM concepts and success stories in a concise and easy-to-understand manner

You Have

  • 8+ years of paid search experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading client presentations
  • Track record of driving measurable performance improvements and managing large budgets
  • Deep platform expertise across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and campaign management tools like SA360

  • High proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Tableau
  • Expertise in Excel and data manipulation (pivot tables, vlookups); experience with Google Ads Scripts or Python is a bonus
  • Experience creating test-and-learn frameworks that informed broader strategic decisions, boosting ROI and long-term growth
  • Ability to build positive client relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and manage challenges effectively
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for SEM

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
