Activation Director, AdOps
ArtBot/Critical Mass is hiring a hands-on, strategic Creative Activation Director to lead a high-performing pod within our fast-growing US team. You’ll be at the center of our digital activation engine, managing end-to-end DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) campaigns across display, video, and social channels for major clients.

You Will:
- Oversee the day-to-day activation and optimization of large-scale, data-driven campaigns, with flagship accounts and high-profile brands.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of activation specialists, fostering growth, resilience, and process excellence
- Manage campaign operations across all major digital channels (display, video, and social), ensuring seamless integration with platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Serve as the hands-on expert for DCO, leveraging platforms like Flashtalking, DoubleClick Studio, Clinch, and others to deliver innovative, personalized creative at scale
- Own processes related to internal ticketing systems (e.g., Hive) and ArtBot’s proprietary creative platform (ACE), ensuring all workflow runs smoothly and efficiently
- Partner confidently with clients, media agencies, and technology partners (e.g., Google, Meta), representing ArtBot as a solutions-oriented leader
- Drive continuous workflow and process improvements, championing best practices in campaign management, data integration, and creative production
- Ensure your team to follows rigorous quality standards in every aspect of campaign execution
- Cultivate a collaborative, empathetic, and high-performance team culture, helping shape the future of ArtBot’s US operation
- Contribute to the growth of the US business—onboarding new accounts, and playing a key role in ArtBot’s expansion
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in digital ad operations, with a proven track record managing complex, cross-channel campaigns
- Hands-on expertise with DCO platforms (e.g., DoubleClick Studio, Flashtalking, Sizmek, Adform, Smartly, Clinch) and familiarity with video ad servers like Innovid and CM360
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with direct experience managing teams and developing talent
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills and a high level of comfort working with large data sets
- Excellent communication skills—you can engage both technical and non-technical audiences, internally and externally
- Experience driving workflow/process change and fostering a process-driven, detail-oriented culture
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML5, or JavaScript, and experience collaborating with product or development teams
- Understanding of creative production processes and agency workflows
- Exposure to site tagging, audience segmentation, and advanced campaign reporting

Salary Range
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
