As a Content Author, you will be responsible for editing copy, building components for web pages, and uploading and publishing assets globally, all within the AEM environment. You can expect to work directly with our client and our development team for requirements, as well as collaborate with creatives. This team will handle global publishing and localization of content across 50 GEOs. On top of all of this, you have a passion for learning and a drive to work with a globally admired brand.

Please note that this is a fully remote contract role with a projected end date of January 30, 2026. The salary range noted is the hourly rate.


You will: 

  • Create or update content in the CMS (AEM preferred) on basic HTML, CSS and JS to ensure the pages accurately reflect client and development requirements.
  • Edit copy, build content, and publish assets to pages globally
  • Works closely with Creative, Business, Technology and QA teams to ensure quality and punctual web development
  • Work on timelines and scheduling with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on ad-hoc projects
  • Implements technical solutions following the Capability’s best practices
  • Debugs or troubleshoots simple issues in existing web applications.
  • Provide feedback on policies and procedures when an opportunity for improvement exists

You have: 

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including authoring, editing, and publishing content
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to AEM page rendering, broken components, site issues
  • Experience with asset management in AEM (DAM)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how they affect page layout and styling
  • Content editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Quip, Asana)
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams (design, development, copy, localization, client-facing)
  • Experience with multi-region or multilingual websites, including working with translation vendors and processes to localize content for global markets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple pages or tasks simultaneously

 

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$50 - $56 CAD
