Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer focused on visual communication, translating creative concept to well-crafted visual design is your bread and butter. You are an original thinker and a team player—matching strategic direction with appropriate design results across digital experiences. In addition to creativity, keen attention to detail makes your work stellar.


You Will:

  • Design digital solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives, and deliver a high level of design craft
  • Create highly usable interface solutions focused on user experience.
  • Rationalize solutions to project teams and clients.
  • Balance creative with client business requirements.
  • Design mood boards, storyboards, digital page layouts, for multiple breakpoints including desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Work within, maintain, and evolve existing client design systems
  • Source photo assets to support visual design, retouching and enhancing as needed
  • Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a rapport with creative team, account managers, and project managers.
  • Visualize and verbalize ideas to team and client.


You Have:

  • 4-7+ years of working experience in digital design and interactive.
  • Strong digital design portfolio showcasing storytelling abilities through thoughtfully designed case studies.
  • Developed and diverse communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas.
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
  • A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of Mac OS
  • Expertise and proficiency designing in Figma and leveraging its capabilities for visual design solutioning, from managing design tokens and variables, to maintaining Figma libraries and client design systems.
  • Familiar and experience working within the Adobe creative toolset: including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • including file organization, and preparation of pixel-perfect files for design team use.
  • An understanding of the relationship between the UX and creative disciplines, as well as the role of information architecture and hierarchy in both
  • The skillset required to bring static design to life through interactive demos and extensive prototyping, primarily in Figma, to convey preferred states, nuanced motion, and/or behaviors for interactive concepts.
  • Strong understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, iOS, and other technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the Web.
  • Illustration in both electronic and traditional media.
