Senior Designer
We're looking for a Senior Designer who can operate in two gears simultaneously: campaign thinker and systems builder. You bring the creative instinct to develop compelling, on-brand campaigns and the structural thinking to build the templates, components, and frameworks that make those campaigns scalable and repeatable. You design work that reaches millions across the globe, and you do it with precision, storytelling instinct, and a genuine passion for the details.
You Will:
- Design high-quality digital creative assets across growth-oriented surfaces: email, lifecycle campaigns, display ads, and landing pages.
- Move seamlessly between campaign-level creative thinking (developing innovative narratives and visual concepts) and systems-level design work (building templates, components, and libraries that scale across surfaces and channels)
- Translate strategic briefs into polished, scalable, and deployment-ready creative solutions.
- Work within brand standards and established Figma component libraries, maintaining consistency, production accuracy, and brand fidelity across high-volume deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, photo art directors, developers, and growth marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns from brief to deployment.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and high-volume creative requests with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Present and communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to workflow efficiency, creative QA processes, and team creative consistency, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline production.
You Have:
- 6+ years of experience in design, ideally with a focus on marketing/growth-oriented creative.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, lifecycle creative, and brand system work.
- Demonstrated ability to work across both ends of the design spectrum, from campaign concepting and storytelling to systems building, template architecture, and production execution.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid experience working within established brand guidelines and scalable design systems with an appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial constraints.
- A data-informed design mindset, comfortable using performance signals to inform and iterate on creative decisions.
- Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and responsive digital design principles.
- Strong storytelling sensibility — ability to communicate a message clearly and emotionally through design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pixel-perfect production accuracy. Organized and enthusiastic about details, consistently delivering results under pressure.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.
You May Have:
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools — prompting and image generation
- Basic editing and/or Motion Graphics skills
What We Offer:
