Senior Project Manager (Digital Projects)
Great digital work doesn't happen by accident — it happens because someone holds the vision, the timeline, and the team together at once. As Senior Project Manager, you'll lead digital and website work for one of our biggest clients — everything from bold campaigns and new content pages to full website builds — and turn ambitious ideas into work people are proud of.
You'll sit at the center of it all, bringing together Strategy, Creative, Content, Technology, Data, and Media, and giving each of them the clarity and momentum to do their best work. This is a senior, hands-on role on a lean team, where your fingerprints are on everything that ships. If you love the challenge of building order out of complexity, championing your team, and pushing for better ways of working — including where AI-powered tools can make delivery faster and smarter.
What you'll do
- Lead digital and website projects end-to-end, including campaigns, new content pages, and larger website initiatives, from early scoping through launch
- Coordinate work across Strategy, Creative, Content, Technology, Data, and Media, keeping every discipline aligned on priorities and timing
- Build and maintain the project plans, schedules, and workflows that keep teams moving — and adjust them as scope or priorities shift
- Own budgets and financial tracking for your projects, making sure delivery stays within agreed financial parameters
- Spot risks and potential issues early, decide when something needs to be escalated, and communicate clearly with both senior stakeholders and project teams
- Give regular, clear updates on status, risks, dependencies, and next steps, so nothing catches the team by surprise
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams to set priorities, align on objectives, and keep momentum through the full project lifecycle
- Bring structure to ambiguous or complex projects while staying flexible as tools, requirements, and priorities change
- Champion better ways of working — including opportunities to use emerging and AI-powered tools to make project delivery faster and smarter
- Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced project managers, and help build a team culture people genuinely want to be part of
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally with a focus on websites and digital experiences
- A track record leading projects across the full lifecycle — from strategy, creative, and content development through technology and website delivery
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and projects spanning Creative, Content, Technology, Media, and other digital disciplines
- Strong project management fundamentals, including hands-on experience managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and budgets
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style for different audiences — from senior stakeholders to day-to-day project teams
- A demonstrated ability to create structure, establish new processes, and keep projects organized, even in a fast-paced, lean environment with shifting priorities
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite
Nice to Haves
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience with Adobe Workfront
- Familiarity with emerging or AI-powered tools for improving project management processes
- Experience mentoring or supporting the development of other project managers
- Background in digital marketing or agency environments
Why This Role
You won't just be managing tasks — you'll be the person who makes ambitious digital work actually happen, on a team small enough that your judgment and ideas matter from day one. If you're energized by ownership, love the moment when chaos turns into a clear plan, and want a front-row seat to how AI is reshaping project delivery, we'd love to talk.
