Pour notre magasin Crocs à Roppenheim The Style Outlets, nous recherchons un(e) Sales Assistant.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Satisfaire les besoins des clients et s’assurer qu’ils reçoivent le meilleur service possible lors de chaque visite du magasin Crocs
  • Aider à maximiser les ventes du magasin
  • Maintenir un niveau élevé de connaissances des produits Crocs, ainsi que toute offre promotionnelle et publicités
  • Assister dans le marchandising, la maintenance, gérer le stock et faire le ménage
  • Prendre la responsabilité de son propre développement personnel et rechercher activement des opportunités pour l’amélioration
  • Contribuer à l’effort collectif de l’équipe du magasin et faire des suggestions quant à la manière d’améliorer le service à la clientèle
  • Remplir n’importe quelle autre tâche assignée par la direction du magasin
  • Vous êtes investi auprès de la compagnie par votre assiduité et votre ponctualité, vous veillez à ce que les horaires d'ouverture du magasin soient respectés

  • Passion pour prodiguer le meilleur service à la clientèle possible
  • Grande capacité à la communication
  • Prendre l’initiative et faire les choses correctement
