Role Mission:

The District Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation of mandated Retail best practices, thereby delivering retail revenue and profitability as per Financial Plans. The District Manager also needs to engage store managers and retail staff in ensuring Crocs retail stores provide an excellent consumer shopping experience through customer service, visual merchandising and store maintenance.

 

Key Process Accountabilities

Key Activities

1.      Commercial Strategy Management

-         Deliver company strategy & retail operations guidelines, operations store relocation & renovation, visual merchandising, planning in store events & promotions, training retail store staffs

-         Manage store environments and look for better opportunities for improvement

-         Respond to internal / external customers feedbacks

-         Manage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control

2.      KPI Management

-         Responsible for overall retail business A to Z

-         Manage performance of all retail stores within the allocated territory and deliver revenue and growth targets.

-         Oversee and provide direct input on sales strategies, initiatives and growth to achieve target

-         Key KPI indicators : Revenue, Profitability, Cost, Budget and etc.

3.      Retail Business & channel Development Management

-         Brand elevation development

-         Motivate & manage stores to boost up sales and optimize efficiency

-         Find out white space for new opportunity

-         Scout for new store locations in partnership with company determined property consultants and/ or mall management teams.

-         Establish and maintain timely, consistent and responsive relationships with landlords & buyers.

-         Understand retail market trends

-         Provide relevant feedback, including store and merchandise performance trends, impact of retail promotions as well as competitive activity to the Country Retail Lead, in order to influence action plans required to improve performance in-stores.

4.      Financial Management

-         Prepare sales forecasts & track the AOP and analyze the result (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly)

-         Establish further action plans

2.      Profitability (EBIT / GM / Rent / SG&A / etc.)

Job Requirements:

Education

Degree in any general discipline/ Business administration/ or its equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 4-8 years of relevant work experiences in Fashion/Retail Industry.

Knowledge

•             Good in English communications (Both verbal and written)

•             Good insight to analysis the market trend

•             High understanding of profitability indicators

•             Action oriented and deadline focused, along with commitment for delivering results

Interpersonal Skill

•             Negotiation skill. Analytics and good at numbers.

•             Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment.

•             Strong leadership to make a high-performing team

•             The ability to plan and priorities workloads and delegate accordingly
