Legal Administrator

Introduction on the role: 

The Legal Administrator will be required to attend to administrative tasks including document management, archiving, retrieval and coordinating processes between Crocs business units and regions and liaising with external counsel.  

What will you do? 

  • Contract review instructions to the business 
  • Ensure completeness of contract review requests submitted by the business into Legal review system 
  • Upload of completed contracts (backlog) + new incoming completed contracts (going forward) 
  • Complete monthly schedules for finance / accounts reporting 
  • Track legal holds 
  • Maintain renewals/expiration reports 
  • Managing execution of various documents (DocuSign and similar) 
  • Update / maintain IP reports with open and closed cases 
  • Quarterly circulate communication to outside counsel for updates to pending cases and further liaising with counsel on various matters. 
  • Track legal spend – correspondence/communication with accounts, outside counsel on any queries regarding invoices and amounts billed, support on billing instructions, liaising with Crocs corporate colleagues on correct matter creation, cost centers, entities, etc.  
  • Vendor creation and changes in their setup in Crocs systems, PO creation, etc. 
  • Track incoming settlement amounts. Follow up with accounts on receipt, transfer to correct entity, business unit 
  • Archiving and maintenance of records 
  • Scan, print, creation of various documents 
  • Courier documents, draft cover letters 
  • Arrange notarization/apostilling of documents with notary 
  • First point of contact and administrative assistance in managing global projects such as labelling, environmental reporting, data privacy mapping, assessments and general management as and when required 

Who are you? 

  • University degree (preferably from European university) in law 
  • Administrative / legal experience at a law firm or corporate 
  • Accurate 
  • Quick turnaround 
  • Ability to work independently once task is assigned 
  • Ability to interact with internal and external contacts at various levels 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing) 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Preferred proficiency in another EU language other than English
