Introduction on the role: 

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be a key contributor supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning, reporting and analysis. This is a high visibility position supporting the HEYDUDE brand’s fast growing Digital Channel, which includes HEYDUDE.com, Marketplaces and E-tail.   

What will you do? 

The main responsibilities of this individual will be to provide the organization with analysis that supports business decisions, process improvements, data mining and other reporting. 

  • Manage the delivery of key reporting including owning daily sales/KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Provide business insight in the monthly close process including variance analysis and working with accounting to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the delivery of monthly presentations that highlight financial results and key drivers.
  • Support all aspects of FP&A activity including long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions.
  • Participate in cross functional projects and be a valued business partner by providing data led insights that influence and lead to better decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team with a natural urgency to drive results.
  • Develop and manage master data sets and financial models key to delivering efficient analysis. 

Who are you? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
  • Expert in building models for analysis 
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures
