Job Title: Merchandiser, Wholesale Merchandising

Role Mission:  

 The position holder will support the team to successfully manage Crocs WHS business with following WHS Merchandising direction, covering both mono branded store and multi brand channel.

  Also, this position holder will support to deliver the quarterly and annual business objectives and implement tactics and strategies against defined business metrics.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support Crocs WHS Merchandising business to deliver the quarterly and annual revenue goals 

• Support Crocs WHS Merchandising team in pre-season, in-season 

• Support Crocs WHS Merchandising team to define, analyze, track results, and interpret success levels against a defined set of key performance metrics 

• Support to provide monthly and quarterly merchandising performance reports and analysis to review Japan performance trend and action plan  

• Support to create and execute assortment plan by account by banner with following Japan WHS Merchandising direction 

• Support to create WHS range with sharing qualitative hindsight and quantitative sell through / booking analysis 

• Manage product master data across systems correctly to navigate the team to take right action 

• System management to reflect function decision 

 

Deliverables and Indicators (KPIs)： 

• Provides feedback to APAC merchandising based on market specific requirements, trends, and collaboration opportunities. 

• Drive development and achievement of the seasonal merchandising plan that aligns with the financial plans.  

• Responsible for product pricing, benchmarked to competitors and target consumer, to meet financial targets. 

• Successful quarterly launch planning (Range, Assortment) 

 

Job Requirements: 

• Education: Degree in Merchandising / Business Management / Retail Management or equivalent 
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in retail 
• Competency: 

  ・Communication skill 

  ・Logical thinking 

  ・Positive and open mindset 

  ・Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point 

• Interpersonal Skill:　Fluent in Japanese. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 
• Travel Requirement: When required
