Introduction on the role: 

As Assistant Store Manager for Crocs, you play a pivotal role in leading the store and driving operational excellence. Your positive attitude, sales skills, and business acumen set the standard, inspiring exceptional customer service and boosting sales. Responsibilities include managing staff, visual merchandising, recruitment, and organizational tasks. 

 

What will you do? 

  • Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to opening hours and task management.  
  • Lead and coach the store team to enhance customer service, drive conversion & sales, and maintain a high level of service quality.  
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, mastery of daily tasks, and train store team accordingly to ensure efficient task completion.  
  • Support Store Manager in identifying developmental opportunities for the store team and delegate tasks efficiently.  
  • Set an example for exceptional customer service and commitment to company standards, supervising the team to ensure outstanding customer experiences.  
  • Maintain store appearance upholding operational excellence in visual merchandising, prevent theft, drive cash and inventory control and health& safety protocols. 
  • Support staff through role modeling, supervision, and constant performance improvement. 

 

Who are you? 

  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar role, 
  • Strong commercial and coaching skills, 
  • Passion for excellent customer service, 
  • Brand ambassador for Crocs, 
  • Good knowledge of the market, 
  • Training and leadership expertise.
