Introduction on the role:
As the Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to uphold superior standards of customer service by fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. This entails possessing a comprehensive understanding of our products and services while excelling in all facets of customer care. Furthermore, you will assume operational leadership in the absence of store management, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
What will you do?
- Overseeing the seamless operation of the Crocs store during periods of management absence.
- Facilitating the onboarding and training process for new team members in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and strategic promotional initiatives to optimize sales performance.
- Actively participating in the maintenance of store facilities and crafting visually compelling window displays to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Proactively identifying areas for team enhancement and suggesting pertinent quality improvement measures.
- Effectively delegating responsibilities outlined in opening and closing checklists to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintaining vigilant oversight of inventory levels and merchandise placement to uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Embracing personal and professional growth opportunities to continually enhance skills and expertise.
- Collaborating closely with team members to refine customer service strategies and foster a culture of excellence.
- Executing assigned tasks delegated by store management with precision and diligence.
- Ensuring strict adherence to established store opening hours to uphold operational integrity and customer expectations.
Who are you?
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role or within the commercial sector.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, proactive approach to tasks, and embodying the values of the Crocs brand.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying information clearly and effectively.
