Introduction on the role:
This role will be responsible to manage sales and sales operations for Key E-tail accounts including but not limited to order processing, prebook/buying management, Merchandising, Marketing, Dispatch/Logistics planning and financial reconciliation. Macro Goals for this role will be to achieve monthly Sell in and sell out goals, track and improve sell out metrices, plan marketing spends in sync with business goals and maintaining Account Receivable by ensuring timely payments from partners. This is a highly collaborative role and will need to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Sell In
- Order processing
- Taking Pre-books from partners in line with Merchandising and Revenue goals
- Maintain inventory and orderbook.
- Maintain accounts receivable by ensuring timely payments from partners.
- Sell out
- Track and optimize sell out metrices like GVs, Conversion, no offer GVs, returns etc.
- Ensure Never out of stock on core styles.
- Rolling sales forecast basis trends
- Grow strategic product/franchise
- Return optimization.
- Operations & Logistics
- Plan and execute delivery appointments against POs received.
- Coordinating with D&L team for timely dispatch and delivery of POs.
- Reporting
- Maintain Order and Dispatch Tracker
- Weekly and Monthly Business Review
- Monthly sales performance report
- Supporting finance with reconciliations
Who are you?
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of Experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience of managing Etail accounts.
- Experience of working for Amazon/Myntra platform and great understanding of the platform will be preferred.
- Proficient in using MS Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
