Sr. FP&A Analyst

Introduction on the role:
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst to make a difference at Crocs. The Senior Financial Analyst lies within the European FP&A Department and supports our commercial teams. You’ll be working in a high performing and multi-cultural team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the FP&A Manager and get ready for a lot of exposure to Senior Stakeholders and Corporate Finance. You’re comfortable in your own shoes as well as team player, result driven and resilient.
What will you do?
- Support the quarterly and annual forecasting process for the full P&L
- Participate in weekly and monthly business outlook process and understand key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Drive the month-end closing process by reviewing the P&L and understanding key variances to plan and prior periods
- Prepare accruals to the Accounting/Controlling team
- Provide SG&A Bridge and key KPIs to monthly Corporate reporting
- Support preparation of the monthly and quarterly financial review decks
- Create, maintain, and distribute key monthly reports
- Various ad-hoc request from senior stakeholders and commercial teams including reporting, modeling, and supporting business cases
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Economics
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning in a complex international multi sales channel environment
- Strong Knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with quick turn-around times
- Strong communication skills; ability to effectively interact with all types of individuals, both internally and externally
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Knowledge of
- Excel (day to day formulas) is a must
- Strong SAP, BPC, and BI knowledge is preferred
- Working Visa or a European Citizenship is a must
