Voor onze Crocs Store in Designer Outlet Roermond, zoeken wij een Assistant Store Manager.

 

Als Assistant Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de Crocs Store wanneer de Store Manager niet aanwezig is. Met een positieve houding, behulpzaamheid en commerciële drive, geef je het goede voorbeeld en coach jij medewerkers om het beste in hen naar boven te halen. Tevens assisteer je bij de algemene organisatie en management van de Crocs Store waaronder taken behoren zoals het genereren van omzet, visuele merchandising, het aannemen en beoordelen van personeel en de planning.

 

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de Crocs Store in afwezigheid van de Store Manager.
  • Het goede voorbeeld geven aan en coachen van collega's om een optimale klant- en service gerichtheid te ontwikkelen.
  • Leveren van een hoog niveau van operationele vaardigheden met betrekking tot winkeluitstraling, diefstalpreventie, geldverwerking, voorraadbeheer, visuele merchandising, en veiligheid en beveiliging van werknemers en eigendommen.
  • Volledig beheersen van alle dagelijkse taken in de winkel en het trainen van nieuwe medewerkers op het uitvoeren van deze taken.
  • Aanbevelingen doen aan de Store Manager met betrekking tot prestaties van de medewerkers.

 

Profiel

  • Je hebt meer dan 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie
  • Sterke commerciële en coach vaardigheden
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Passie voor het leveren van uitstekende service
  • Een ambassadeur voor het merk
